What does the volunteer coordinator do?
- Champion volunteering within the club
- Co-ordinate recruitment and training of volunteers
- Induct and support new volunteers.
What knowledge and skills do you need?
- Be interested in volunteering
- Be friendly, approachable and communicate well
- Understand club structure and policies.
