Congratulations to Alex Alston, who improved his own 3000m Steeplechase Under 20 club record to 9:06.03 whilst representing Great Britain in the final of the 3000m Steeplechase at the European Under 20 Championships in Tallinn, Estonia on Sunday 18th July.

Alex qualified for the final via a 9:09.74 sixth place in his heat on Friday 16th, and then came back even stronger for a ninth place finish in the final two days later.
