Congratulations to Damian Larrington, who set an M40 Club Discus Record in the Eastern Masters Match last week with a throw of 37.98 metres.
Bedfordshire AAA Road Race - (and Beds 10k Champs) - Get Your Entries In!
The Beds AAA 10K race takes place in Bedford on Friday 5th July 2024 starting at 7.30pm. The entry fee is just £16/ £14. The 10k course is completely traffic free and very flat with PB potential, and has a certified course measurement certificate. The race incorporates the Bedfordshire 10k road championships. International Vest for Jasmine
Congratulations to Jasmine Wilkins, who has been selected for the Great Britain and Northern Ireland team for the Mannheim International on 22nd and 23rd June in the 100m and 4 x 100m relay. Well done, Jasmine, on your first international vest, and good luck for the race!

Club Record for Etienne
Congratulations to Etienne Maughan, who broke her own Senior Women's Club 100m Hurdles Record whilst winning at the Loughborough International last weekend. Etienne's new record is 13.54 seconds.
Win for Etienne at the Loughborough International
Congratulations to Etienne Maughan, who scored a win in the 100m Hurdles at the Loughborough International at the weekend in a new PB of 13.54 seconds - this is also a new club record, subject to ratification. This excellent performance moves Etienne to sixth place in this year's UK Senior Women's rankings.
Club Record for Emily
Congratulations to Emily Elphick, who set a new Club Record of 33.72 metres for the Under 13 Girls Javelin at the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire County Championships at the Weekend.
Club Record and British Universities Title for Etienne
Congratulations to Etienne Maughan, who won the British Universities 100m Hurdles title last weekend, and in the process broke her own Senior Women's club record. Etienne's new record is 13.59 seconds. This was set in her heat, and she followed it with a 13.62 in the final to become the British Universities Champion. Etienne currently sits in fourth position in this year's UK Senior Women's 100m Hurdles rankings, and is top of the Under 23 rankings.

- To receive a report from the Executive Committee of the activities of the Club since the previous AGM.
- To announce the election of the President, Chair, Vice Chair, Honorary Secretary, Honorary Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer and any other Club Officers to be appointed in accordance with the Club Articles
- To transact any other business as may be brought before it (including without limitation the appointment of Life Members)
Items proposed for discussion under Any Other Business must be received in writing by the secretary at least 14 days prior to the AGM.
